En dicha demanda se alega que, el 19 de agosto de 2022, unos asaltantes tendieron una emboscada al veh\u00edculo de Robinson cerca de West Hollywood. Seg\u00fan la demanda, mientras Robinson conduc\u00eda con su primo, el rapero Quando Rondo, los asaltantes ejecutaron un ataque selectivo cerca del Beverly Center y dispararon m\u00faltiples veces contra el lado del pasajero. Robinson sufri\u00f3 heridas cr\u00edticas, y los m\u00e9dicos lo declararon muerto poco despu\u00e9s de llegar a un hospital local.<\/p>\n

La acusaci\u00f3n federal alega que Durk Banks orquest\u00f3 el complot de asesinato por encargo como l\u00edder del colectivo de rap y presunta banda Only the Family (OTF), con sede en Chicago.
