Gran parte de su trabajo se realiza tras bastidores: dise\u00f1ando programas de capacitaci\u00f3n, estableciendo est\u00e1ndares de calidad y desarrollando marcos de coaching que fortalecen tanto el desempe\u00f1o del equipo como la experiencia general del cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de unirse a Postman Law, Wayde ocup\u00f3 un puesto de liderazgo en Aprendizaje y Desarrollo y Garant\u00eda de Calidad en Walmart Specialty Pharmacy, donde ayud\u00f3 a construir el programa de Garant\u00eda de Calidad desde cero \u2014llev\u00e1ndolo desde el concepto hasta la implementaci\u00f3n completa\u2014 al mismo tiempo que desarrollaba capacitaci\u00f3n integral, desde el dise\u00f1o instruccional hasta la facilitaci\u00f3n, con un fuerte enfoque en la experiencia del paciente y los resultados de calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Su trayectoria m\u00e1s amplia abarca puestos de alta direcci\u00f3n en el sector de la salud y otras industrias reguladas, incluyendo el trabajo con una startup de autorizaci\u00f3n previa, operaciones de centros de llamadas y entidades gubernamentales. Wayde tambi\u00e9n ha pose\u00eddo y operado un negocio de servicios, una experiencia que profundiz\u00f3 su aprecio por las expectativas del cliente, la gesti\u00f3n de relaciones y la entrega de una experiencia de alto contacto mientras gestionaba las operaciones diarias.<\/p>\n<p>Wayde complet\u00f3 sus estudios de asistente legal en Seneca College en Toronto y posee una variedad de certificaciones profesionales que incluyen ADDIE, ADKAR, Gesti\u00f3n de Relaciones, Resoluci\u00f3n Alternativa de Disputas (Negociaci\u00f3n) y Notario de Florida, entre otras en capacitaci\u00f3n,
