His background in employment law further strengthens his ability to navigate the full range of challenges injured workers face. Donn has successfully litigated hundreds of Workers\u2019 Compensation claims on behalf of his clients, and his hands-on, communicative approach means they always know where their case stands.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Postman Law, Donn gained a distinctive perspective by spending time on the defense side, serving as a litigation attorney at AIG Staff Counsel and two private firms defending Workers\u2019 Compensation claims. The vast majority of his career, however, has been devoted to representing unions and their members in claims against employers, a commitment that continues to define his practice today.<\/p>\n<p>Durante mis estudios de Derecho en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uic.edu\/\" id=\"https:\/\/www.uic.edu\/\" type=\"link\">UIC <\/a>John Marshall, Donn was elected President of the Employment Law Society and appointed to the school\u2019s Disciplinary Board, where he served alongside faculty to uphold the institution\u2019s code of ethics.
