As a fourth-generation personal injury attorney, he brings a deep-rooted understanding of the field, along with insight from both sides of personal injury litigation, allowing him to position clients for success at every stage of their case.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Postman Law, Jake practiced at a well-regarded plaintiff\u2019s firm in Chicago, where he handled a wide range of personal injury matters, including commercial trucking collisions, motor vehicle collisions, and premises liability cases from inception through resolution. He also gained valuable experience on the defense side at an insurance defense firm, representing insurers in cases involving construction negligence, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, and premises liability. This dual perspective gives Jake unique insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims.
