The Raznys contend that this course of treatment caused severe physical, emotional, and relational harm, including permanent bodily changes, loss of employment, psychological trauma, and a devastating impact on their family’s life.

The Raznys are seeking compensatory and punitive damages, as well as accountability measures to prevent other families from experiencing similar harm. The complaint asserts claims for negligence, lack of informed consent, breach of fiduciary duty, health care liability, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
