Jon Richards is the Director of Personal Injury Operations at Postman Law, where he drives strategy, process, and performance across the firm. With nearly 15 years of global leadership experience, including high-impact roles in both legal services and management consulting, Jon ensures that Postman Law clients receive responsive, effective legal support from start to finish.

Before joining Postman Law, Jon was Vice President of Operations & Expansion at Morgan & Morgan, driving the firm’s expansion into multiple new markets and overseeing Pre-Suit Operations. Previously, Jon spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company, most recently as an Associate Partner. He led major transformation programs with Fortune 1000 companies across the U.S., focusing on turnarounds, growth, and service excellence.
