Sean McCrary

Sean McCrary is a fierce advocate with a national reputation in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Known for his relentless work ethic and deep empathy for clients, Sean has played a key role in some of the most complex and high-stakes product liability cases in the country, from Yaz birth control and Invega to IVC filters, Risperdal, Roundup, and NFL concussion litigation.

With more than a decade of experience, Sean has served as Co-Lead Counsel and Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee Member in coordinated proceedings, including the landmark California Infusion Pain Pump cases. He also helped lead MDL 2326 against Boston Scientific, one of the largest product liability litigations in U.S. history.

Sean’s scientific background in biology, combined with his legal training, built a foundation for sharp analysis, strategic litigation, and results that matter. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law.

Now based in Colorado, Sean continues to fight for clients harmed by dangerous drugs, defective devices, and serious accidents, earning trust through honest counsel, clear communication, and a hands-on approach that never cuts corners.
